About the Teacher

Morgan Christensen is a graduate from Brigham Young University Idaho with a Bachelor's of Music - emphasis in piano performance. She studied there under Dr. Stephen Allen and is an active accompanist for instrumentalists and choirs of all kinds. She has had many opportunities to perform in events such as university and private studio recitals, small ensembles, and competitions. Morgan currently lives in the Logan, Utah area teaching private piano lessons. She has taught music to all ages for over 10 years and is a nationally certified music teacher of the Music Teacher's ​National Association.

Morgan's Teaching Philosophy
 I believe that music should be both inspiring as well as educational and that through hard work and dedication, anyone can learn to play the piano proficiently. The main goal I have for my students is that they develop a love and an understanding of music; I want to empower them to feel confident in their abilities and knowledge of the arts. My objective is to provide a well-rounded musical education in a positive and enthusiastic learning environment. Whether advanced or beginner, adult or child, I am readily available to meet your needs.
